Permanent mould is created from metal, for example steel,iron. The most typical process are included  low pressure die casting and gravity die casting. It's a metal casting process which like to high pressure die casting and sand casting. The sand casting, The molten metal is poured into a mould which is clamped shut before the material solidifies and cools. But, sand casting uses an mould which can destroyed and reuse. Permanent mold casting looks similar to high die casting process, uses a metal mold (die) which is usually created from cast iron or steel and could be reused many thousands cycles.

Our Permanent Mold Foundry produces castings by Standard, Pour and Low Pressure techniques.  we focus on internal integrity and great surface finish parts. We have the ability to do best in our permanent mold processes.

There are several advantages:
Because the mould is created from metal, so the Porudtc surface is more better than The sand casting.
the deviation is much small;
the Mechanical qualities is more better than The sand casting too.
But, there are several disadvantages too:
The mould life is short.
The permanent mold casting cost is expensive than The sand casting mould.

The General casting metal is aluminum alloy. The process is suitable for Chain shot,fuel nozzle housing,Hydraulic parts, pipe casting, gears.
