stainless steel casting
Stainless steels is a type of chromium-containing steels commonly used for service at higher temperatures and for their corrosion resistance in aqueous places. Stainless steels have advantage from other steels than the oxidation resistance and enhanced corrosion reason of add the chromium . And so, steels with more than 12% Cr are sometimes called stainless steels. Stainless steel doesn't stain,or rust just as easily as normal steel, however it is not stain-proof. It's also called corrosion-resistant steel when the alloy type aren't Different, specially in the aircraft industry. There are different surface finishes and grades of stainless steel to match the environment. Stainless steel is used where resistance to corrosion are required. Stainless steel castings are commonly classified heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant castings. but this Distinguish in terms of application may not be distinct, particularly for steel castings used in the range from 400 to 600oC. The typical distinction between corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant cast steels is dependant on carbon content. We perform stainless steel casting in a wide variety of 410 Stainless Steel, Hastalloy, alloys including 316 Stainless Steel, , Inconel and Monel.
